Tri-State Special Operations Command is always looking for new personnel who could be assets to our team. We are a close knit bunch of operators who enjoy the sport of military simulation paintball - essentially not only a great team, but a group of brothers. Much happens behind the scenes to prepare for battle and commitment goes far beyond showing up and squeezing the trigger. Countless hours are spent in planning and coordination, staging and training.

Enlistment Requirements:

• You are a team player with a can do attitude. We play to win as one unit with no loners.
• You are enthusiastic about scenario paintball and woodsball.
• You score well enough that you give more than you receive.
• Must have own equipment (semi-auto marker, goggles, vest/harness/pod pack)
• Tactical gear is required. Mil-spec Army Combat Uniform is standard for all members. Use of FRS/GMRS 2-way radios standard. Tactical vest and mil-sim marker preferred. Absolutely no speed ball attire or anything bright.
• Good communication skills, radio and fire discipline.
• You must be able to make the majority of our scheduled games. We are only interested in members who are active and engaged in the team.
• Must be 18 or older and have your own means of transportation.

Regulations:

• Good sportsmanship! No blind fire, no wiping, no bonus-balling, no arguing with other players, refs or field officials.
• We play with controlled fire. No long balling or camping unless the objective commands it.
• Safety is paramount and we follow all field rules 100% regarding goggles, controlled velocity, trigger safetys, barrel plugs, muzzle discipline.
• We play hard and have fun. No hotheads!
